Meet Us at Lancaster Pride Fest, June 18

Monday, April 11th, 2011

Good news! We’re looking forward to playing a rare hometown performance for our friends in Lancaster, PA on June 18 at the Lancaster Pride Fest. As some of you know, three of us – Bil, Ant and Ian – spent our formative years in Lancaster, so we’re super-stoked to be coming back to town. Sounds like there’s going to be an incredible mix of live music at this awesome, open-air event.

Please save the date, June 18, and join us in the celebration!

Smiles, Everyone to open for Bettie Serveert in Philadelphia, October 28th

Wednesday, October 6th, 2010

Smiles, Everyone is thrilled to announce that we will be opening for Bettie Serveert on their Philadelphia tour stop, October 28 at the North Star Bar. To our friends in PA: Come to support us and see us crank out some of our new songs in a great club, then stay to see the amazing Bettie Serveert. You won’t regret it.

Wait, you don’t know Bettie Serveert? Shame on you! This Dutch combo set the template for ’90s indie rock with their classic 1992 debut, Palomine, and, unlike so many of their contemporaries, continues to produce interesting and downright rocking albums. Now you know.

Please don’t miss this show.

If you’d like to be reminded closer to the date, check in with us on Facebook.

Murph’s Bar, Saturday, October 2nd

Saturday, August 7th, 2010

Join us Saturday, October 2, at Fishtown’s most comfortable bar, across the street from Johnny Brenda’s. We are pleased to present two sets with many songs we havent played out in some time. This night will also feature a rare appearance by Bil Johnson – our guitar playah – strumming out a couple of his time-tested tunes.

Get there by 9, grab a beer and a stool, and prepare yourself for a barage of chick-fronted indie garage pop, Philly style.

We miss you!
